CSRE understands the importance of education and aims to empower community through education. CSRE conducts regular awareness campaigns and career guidance workshops at schools and colleges.

In view of shrinking job opportunities in Govt. and private sector, CSRE has undertaken a project of business awareness and development through entrepreneurship expansion program. The experts of CSRE business forum have established rapport with the banks, govt and semi govt functionaries to facilitate the business projects of budding entrepreneurs and small businessmen. The business team further provides hand holding support to the needy entrepreneurs by providing skill and funds for business, besides connecting them with the Govt. schemes.

In order to provide free legal aid and advice to the downtrodden sections of society, the CSRE has launched a project of free legal aid and advice to the needy applicants.The retired judges and advocates of CSRE are providing free legal advice to the needy during working days. The legal cell is headed by Jb. Bashir Ahmad Shaikh, Retd Principal and District Judge under the guidance of Justice M.N Gilani Retd. High Court Judge.

IGC is  flagship program of CSRE . It basically caters to the need of disadvantaged sections of the society in providing guidance and hand holding support / assistance. The IGC has three major components

Monthly symposium / workshop is another flagship program of CSRE, wherein research based presentations are made by CSRE members or guest faculties on the topic of social and national importance which has direct implications on the lives of people. 85 such monthly symposiums have been held till  September2024 since inception.

Looking to the needs of students of adjoining localities and slums in north western Nagpur area, especially from Mankapur to Gorewada a regular library was established with the initiative of CSRE. The library was established in 2018 and it is located at Jafar Nagar Jama Masjid premises. The library building was constructed through Govt. funds on the vacant plot of Jama Masjid trust. It was remaining unutilized for long period. The Jama masjid trust was convinced for establishing library in this building and with their active support the building was repaired and put to use by csre through its funds. All the facilities required for library cum reading room were provided. Initially 40 students were taking advantage of library. As of now, hundreds of students of nearby locality and slums have been taking benefit of this library. Few students/members of this library have cracked competitive examinations and are placed in job.
