What is Csre? Why Csre

Advancing social equity through educational empowerment

Centre for Social Research and Empowerment (CSRE)is a registered not-for-profit organisation conceived in 2015 with a vision to provide a common platform to professionals, educationists, social activists, philanthropists and senior officials of Government and PSUs, both retired and serving for sharing, networking, co-ordinating and co-operating among themselves for achieving excellence in the field of education, economic development and social justice. CSRE therefore, works simultaneously as an umbrella organization for similar NGOs/ organizations. The prime focus areas of CSRE are empowering the marginalized class of society through Education, economic development and social justice. To achieve this objective, CSRE has assigned its pool of professionals to the above three areas: Education, Legal Aid and advice, and Business Development. All the above three forums provide services daily at its registered office at Raza Appt, behind Shyam Lawn, Jaffar Nagar, Nagpur-440013.

Career Guidance

Career Guidance and Counseling is the golden wing of CIGI which has an accomplished history of guiding more than 3 million students for the last 25 year. It has also been taking up many academic activities which has been helping the student community in India and abroad like study camps, seminars and workshops. Career Guidance wing, identifies the inner traits of the aspirants by its exclusive Differential Aptitude Test and provide consultation with expert Career Counselors. CIGI trained career guidance team help the students for online application, option registration of professional courses and applications for various scholarships..etc.

Business development

Economic Development CSRE understands that real inclusive development of society can be achieved through employment generation and entrepreneurial development. For that, CSRE is providing a platform where Self Help Groups, Entrepreneurs, Startups, Angel Investors, and Technical and Managerial Professionals join hands for networking for common good, and to act as a catalyst for promoting an ecosystem for value and wealth creation for all stakeholders. CSRE also organise mentorship programs and other services for upcoming and budding entrepreneurs, startups, and unemployed youths to channel their potential for the nation’s economic growth. Business Felicitation CSRE is a shared mission of educationists, entrepreneurs, academicians, intellectuals, technocrats, bank officers, chartered accountants, cost and management accountants, management professionals, retired District and High Court Judges, Advocates, Community leaders who are passionate about bringing inclusive and equitable development through empowerment of marginalized and underprivileged sections of the society.

 What do we do for Entrepreneurial Development ? ✅We follow 3 Cardinal rules for entrepreneurship development. Ideation Validation Realization ♐️Identifying budding Entrepreneurs and startups. ♐️Managing Incubation Center Our services Promotion of micro and macro business activities, and for that purpose instil a culture of self help, self employment and entrepreneurship among youth We connect Entrepreneurs/Startups, SHGs with Government agencies like DIC, MSME,MCED,MIDC, etc and those working in business verticals like IT, Textiles, Health care, Food/Hospitality, Agriculture, etc.. We connect entrepreneurs, MSMEs to the banking system by helping in getting Finance. Promotion and assistance for Micro Finance to Tiny Cottage Industry. Connecting Entrepreneurs with Angel investors Help in Documentation like PAN card, Tax Return, Gumashta, Udyog Aadhar, Cluster Development Outreach programs to different locations regularly for identifying existing/ upcoming entrepreneurs and mainstreaming them with the business ecosystem. Conducting business meets and seminars for Entrepreneurs. Conducting Skill Development programs of Govt. Schemes. Exhibitions and Trade Fairs Marketing of Tiny / Cottage Industry /SHG products Formation of Trade bodies and Trade Associations Financial Literacy Financially uneducated individuals are more vulnerable to falling into debt traps, making poor investment choices, and becoming victims of scams and predatory financial practices. As a result, they struggle to build assets, and improve their financial well-being. This perpetuates income inequality and hampers economic growth. Csre therefore, essentially work for promoting not only financial literacy but also credit literacy, as we believe that Promoting financial as well as credit literacy is essential to empower individuals, enhance their financial capabilities, and drive a stronger and more resilient economy.
